About Edie Hutton
Edie Hutton is President and Principal of 5
Level Training. Long recognized for achieving demonstrable
business results and Return on Investment, Edie trains trainers and consults with
training leadership “to create, deliver and achieve 5 level results
from training programs and systems.”
Training trainers for more than 20 years, Edie
was credited by Training Directors’ Forum with creating System-Wide
Accelerated Training (SWAT), an innovative training system of SMEs-turned-trainers
providing the organization with immediate training bench strength,
fast planning and execution of training, and enterprise-wide support
for training. An innovative change agent, Edie has earned a
reputation as “THE go-to person” for training, training management
and performance improvement consulting.
Edie is a certified Senior
Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for
Human Resource Management and a Certified
Performance Technologist (CPT) through the International Society for
Performance Improvement. Edie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in
Marketing Education and a Master’s in Adult Vocational Education
from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
